Bali is a hot climate and the air conditioning in the room worked well, the hot water for the shower did not work so well, there is no air conditioning in the lobby/restaurant area but there are a few cooling fans. The hotel has six boutique size swimming pools, absolutely marvellous. The food in the restaurant is quite good, the included breakfasts are very good, way better than what has become standard in...

"Perfect place to stay in Ubud! Quiet location but only a 10 min walk to the main area. Staff were very helpful, the room was lovely and clean, beautiful pool. Note the hotel location is actually where hastina restaurant is pinned on google maps. The google maps location is for the drop off point with the buggy, which was a great option if you didn't use a scooter!"

"We were on a 10-day trip to Bali and we wanted to spend the middle part in the vicinity of Ubud but not in the busiest part. This was a perfect match for that. Quiet surroundings, very helpful and friendly staff. The private pool was a fantastic asset. It was a bit of a walk to get to central Ubud but so great to be able to cool off in the pool at any time of day or night. "

"Loved my stay in the villa over the koi pond. The location is great with everything within walking distance. A car can not drive all the way down to the property but Adi will help you with your bags on a scooter to reach the entrance. The only down side is the Wi-fi. If you are looking to work from here, you will not be able to rely on the internet. But there are plenty of cafes and options close by! "
