"We had an unobstructed view of the water from our room, balcony and the dining areas of the hotel. The views were spectacular and peaceful as we watched swimmers and boaters enjoy the water. The accommodations were very appealing and the hotel was not overcrowded or noisy. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay to visit Amalfi but yet have separation from the busy and loud city streets. The hotel staff were excellent in all areas of service. The lemon groves gave the whole place a special charm. "Salvatore and Gerardo were exceptionally good hosts. The accommodation really nice, clean, good views and personal service. The stairs keep you in shape but Gerardo insists helping with the bags, so thats no problem. Breakfast was excellent and the setting beautiful. We arrived by car and that is not the best in Amalfi because the streets are very narrow and parking spaces are not easily found. Next time we will arrive by boat taxi. :)"
