The staff were very helpful and attentive, we very much appreciated their attention to us as tired travelers on our first night in Iceland. The hotel manager was extremely approachable, friendly, he answered all of our questions, and gave us great information for the next few days of our adventure. "Overall, nice hotel! However, definitely a self serve property, room isn’t cleaned unless you’re staying there 7+ days, it’s in a hidden location (cab drivers find it difficult to locate as well as food delivery drivers, so we had to meet them at a nearby cafe) and outside is quite noisy during the night as it’s near train tracks. Staff are friendly when interaction happens. It is in a central location to get around to attractions, shops and cafes, it’s just hard to locate when it’s your first...
