"The property is completely run down and needs a remodel - worn, old furniture, in common areas and in rooms. Our first room had some mold in bathroom. We changed rooms. In our second room, our AC went out and they brought us boxed fans to get us through the night.
The location is very nice, which is the only thing they have going for them. It's right across the street from Miramar Beach, which is beautiful. They have a free breakfast was good/decent for kids and non picky adults.
