"A bunch of Gen-Z hippies in a wanna be 4 star hotel that feels like a hostel full of poor students. Zero amenities in the room, want an early check in? you’ll have to pay, even though the room is available, want to get your room clean? it will take them 8-9 hrs. Want other type of pillows except feather pillows? Yeah no way, good luck getting any decent sleep. Rooms were filthy and full of dust, the young girl cleaning the room couldn’t care less, no separate lift for the housekeeper to drag all...

"There is a ton of construction going on around the property. Otherwise it was a nice room and the staff there were great. The bartenders were also really nice at the hotel bar."

"About 10-min walk from Brussels-Nord station, in an area with all type of shops and stops such as supermarkets, restaurants, fast-food(McDonald’s), metros & buses, etc. You can choose to do self-check-in/out on a kiosk at the lobby but the staff is always there willing to help. Free filtered water is provided at the check-in/out spot, saving money for purchasing bottled water from the nearby supermarket."

"Clean room and really nice decor and scents everywhere in the hotel. Only thing to improve on is pillows need to be upgraded. They were square and felt hard, not luxurious at all."

"The hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.staff were very helpful. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it was perfect. Hotel is in a really great location. Breakfast was perfect! Great for vegans. We had a delightful stay and fell in love with Brussels. Thankyou so much ❤️"

"Stunning BnB in the coolest neighborhood in Brussels. Alex, the host, was so kind and made us feel welcome with the gorgeous breakfast every morning and visits with his little dog, Luna. My family of four was perfectly cozy in room 4 which is huge with two very comfy beds. I loved the vibe here and would def stay again 💘💘💘"

"Sinds dit hotel geen receptie meer heeft is het een ramp. Inchecken, betalen van de toeristentax moet allemaal met de telefoon gebeuren. Dit is echt niet handig. Ik ken het hotel nog toen er gewoon een receptionist aan de balie stond, dit werkte veel beter en maakt het iets persoonlijker. Verder is er bezuinigd op de koffie in de hal en kamers; het zijn nu c merk cupjes die in de machine gaan. Echt een downgrade van hoe het was, zonde!"
