"Beautifully decorated inside and gorgeous gardens and landscaping outside. A lovely serene spot away from the crowds that are only minutes away in downtown Stockbridge. The breakfasts were plentiful, artfully presented and delicious. Staff were friendly and very competent."

Wish breakfast hours could be extended just a bit as I often found it difficult getting to breakfast given the early hours. Also, lighting in accessible bathroom continues to be dim. Recommend that light bulbs be changed if possible to provide better lighting as that has been my experience for past few years."

"Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch."

"The price and location were great for our stay. The room smelled a little stale but wasn't too bad. Coffee station in the office was good to have. The small fridge lacked a freezer section, so our blue ice couldn't be re-chilled. (not the end of the world). It is a great value for the area!"

"A great little place! We enjoyed the gorgeous property right by the woods. Loved the fire outside at night, and the lobby area was very beautiful. Rooms are small, but they do the trick. You can't tell from the photos, but this place is motel style, even though the rooms are elegant and upscale compared to a motel. "The hotel is refusing to work with Expedia to refund me one night’s stay. I mistakenly twice booked one of nights, so I paid twice for one night. The hotel refuses to communicate with me, or, apparently, Expedia."

"Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning."
