Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

Lovely room and great leisure facilities

From checking in to checking out everything perfect. The buffet was amazing, 2 hours all inclusive for €39 pp, free flow wine, beer and soft drinks. Breakfast buffet also very good. Tour around Boeing 747 for €3 pp well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Walkable to the airport

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Friendly staff, clean room, efficient check in/out/luggage storage. Convenient connected right to Schiphol airport. Great ambience in the bar to relax for a drink.

There's a fair few choices between hotels in Haarlem. While I can't compare to any others, I can wholeheartedly recommend Carlton Square. If you're not familiar with Haarlem and are looking at Carlton Square's location on a map, it looks to be somewhat outside the city centre. But don't be fooled! Very close to Schipol airport and train station which is great for travelling by train during stay. The shuttle service was very reliable and most of the day ran every 15 mins or 30 mins at latest. Drivers helped you with luggage. Having stayed in Amsterdam a few times, this was the best shuttle service for an airport hotel.
