"Courteous staff but not overly helpful "

"I highly recommend the Red Coach Inn and will definitely book a stay there again when visiting Niagara Falls in the future. Our room was very clean and quiet. The park setting was beautiful and the staff was attentive and kind. The full breakfast that was included was tasty and the servers both mornings we were there were excellent. Very impressed!"

"Hot tub was so crowded:unable to use. Staffs were not trained well and continued to charge parking fees even after I informed them I didn't bring a car.Only Stacy at the front desk helped adjusting all other issues. Frustrated! Thanks Stacy."

"Room was just okay. The shower clogged while showering. The toilet seat was very small compared to average size toilet seats. Bed was comfortable. The pool was freezing for a so called "heated pool". When I asked to check the pool temperature, I got a lame excuse that it was "room temperature", nope, it was freezing. "
