"This would have been 3 stars or less had it not been for the amenities and staff kindness. The check in was supposed to be prioritized when we arrived early, but they could not accommodate an early room. However when we arrived again at the normal check in time, the room still was not ready and we waited an additional hour before it was ready which was difficult because have two young children and had to entertain them in the bar area since it was too cold to play outside. "Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft an der Rezeption überraschend mit einem Glühwein empfangen, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Klar ist das Hotel etwas älter, aber dennoch gepflegt, sauber und gut in Schuss gehalten. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das für diese Hotelkategorie überdurchschnittlich gut war."
