"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"Fijn hotel, alles wordt goed bijgehouden. Schone kamer en douche. Aan te bevelen als je op doorreis bent. Wij verbleven er een midweek. In een kleine kamer zonder kastruimte. Klein minpuntje maar verder prima."

"The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked"

"Lovely hotel, with more traditional design which was quite refreshing. Located amongst the main shopping area and about 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas"

"The staff was very friendly and answered many questions about the hotel and Ghent. They provided a great guide with a map of Ghent - we loved it as it had a summary of each site we visited. There was complimentary water provided. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of fruits, cold cuts, cheese, pastries and more. They would make you a hot dish from their menu that is included (fried eggs, bacon, potatoes,...

"Vies geen goed werkende airco in halve hotel vieze mensen dronken gasten. mensen zitten met hun handen aan het eten bij ontbijt buffet. Parkeer garage onder hotel is een doolhof zonder wegwijzers exit enzo. Brussel is zo ie zo een hele smerige stad. Zwaar overbevolkt."

"Aparthotel Castelnou is a delightful place to stay. The apartment was spacious and spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Staff were so helpful, attentive and friendly, including advice on the best way to walk into the city centre. Dinner was amazing and there is a very pleasant small garden for eating outside. I'd thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay."

"It is in an excellent location, probably to have two vending machines for drinks and snacks, one in the lobby and the other next to the terrace, and open stairs way from the M floor to the lobby, not just the elevator service. Our stay was excellent. Thank you."
