"We spend one night because was near the airport, but it is by the side of the train station entry. That made the location perfect for us. The staff was attentive and helpful the whole time. The let us to do check-in early since the room was ready. Also, the provide a free of charge ride to the airport at 4:00am. 10 out of 10."

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disposition de la chambre et sa grande capacité. Le lit était très confortable et la douche suffisamment grande. Les produits fournis (gels douche, shampooing, lait corporel) étaient doux et de bonne qualité. De plus l'hôtel est bien placé (quartier européen) avec 2 stations de métro et une gare toute proche. "La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da Grand Place e dalla stazione centrale. La zona è tranquilla ma vivace. La piccola piazza su cui si affaccia è infatti piena di locali e di vita, ma l'hotel è silenzioso. La colazione è varia e di qualità (un plus: è possibile farsi i waffle al momento!). La camera è piccola ma confortevole così come il bagno. Gentilissima la ragazza italiana alla reception che ci ha dato utili consigli."

"A great hotel but a major glitch in the restaurant on the second night. We ordered and waited nearly 1 hour to get served. After 45 minutes we asked what was happenning. Told that pork tenderloin takes a while to cook. Offered a free glass of wine - OK. Waited 20 minutes longer and it finally arrived with fries rather than the croquettes ordered. Fries went back, another 10 minutes. In the end our free glass if wine an 30% off our bill made it kind if OK."
