"Excellent choice near Covent Garden "

"5 stars for Rishav for addressing my needs. 5 stars to Elo for keeping us warm. 5 stars for location, We were happy with the room until we realized the thermostat was broken. We had to sleep with the window open in March in London. We prayed the cold would not affect us. "

"I got to the desk, I was told there isn’t a bathroom in my room, I would share 2 bathrooms with the whole floor. Then I asked about the shuttle to the airport next day and I was told they don’t have a shuttle. Jut a very bad situation."

"City break with my cousin. The hotel is in a good location and a short walk from South Kensington tube station; the staff where freindly and helpful, the breakfast on the morning was nice. Lots of places to chose to eat out on a night time that are within walking distance if the hotel. If you want to use the pool it's best to pick a day that is going to be the least busy to get your money's worth as it cost £15 per day for each person and, we took advantage of the adult only times which where very quite as well. Will stay at this hotel again."
