"Wonderful hotel supported by a great team and a cracking location"

"The room we reserved was including a kitchen, it was sufficient except for the lack of instructions on how to use the cooktop. There are no towel racks or hooks to hang a towel from In between uses. No privacy door for the WC. The room HVAC system was also hard to get to a comfortable temperature, it was often too warm. If I ever get a chance to visit London again, I might try another hotel."

"There’s a strange smell in the hotel and room. Maybe it’s just an old building but I found it unpleasant. Breakfast is standard fare. "

"I stayed at this hotel many years ago. It's exactly the same, so in dire need of room updates. I booked a superior room and the first one they sent us to seemed like it had been left for dead, like a college dorm room. There were no pictures on the wall. The furniture was super cheap, the bedding almost non-existent, and the bathroom was gross. I went to the front desk to complain and the manager gave us a new room which was appointed like the pictures which I appreciated. That said, the bathroom had no fan and dirty water would drip from the ceiling and the windows are so old they had mould around the edges. The furniture was even older. That said, the location is great and the ground floor tuck shop and cafe bar was excellent. We made it work but I will never stay there again."

"Very nice hotel that I will be recommending to friends and family! The area is lovely and convenient to get into the city. The hotel staff went above and beyond for my girlfriend’s birthday. Also, the hotel offers a spa and lounge areas which turn a busy London into a peaceful space."
