"Rooms were disgusting. The floor was pillowy and damp. One of the lights did not work and there were no updated outlets on the desk to charge anything. We checked in late so I didn't get to see the condition of the linens...some had stains on them like they hadn't been washed. Would NOT recommend."

"They seem to have invested in the pool and dining/conference area. Rooms were run down. One working light bulb in a 3 bulb fixture. Tears in the carpet. The rear secured door with a card reader was missing the locking mechanism. Staff seemed poorly trained. Carpet throughout the halls was in desperate need of replacement. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs and sausages as hot foods. It didn't seem as if any employees were in the area. Bathroom had a exhaust vent/fan but, no way to turn it...

"The hotel entry was lodge-decorated however very dark giving it a dingy feel. Had a musty odor as well as in the hallways which were also very dark & uninviting. The evening desk clerk was very nice but inappropriately dressed for her job. There is no elevator in this 2-story hotel. Room was pleasant & clean & didn’t have the same odor as lobby & halls, thankfully. Bed was extremely comfortable. Towels were of good quality. Sink plunger didn’t work at all so we removed it as sink wouldn’t drain."

"Staff was amazing, the lady at the front desk is amazing. Nice hotel, AC unit was very strong. My only complaints: the balcony had some kind of water issue and half of it was a large puddle of water. The room is nice, but not a fan of the sink outside the bathroom. Wish they had healthier options for the breakfast, but overall a nice hotel, clean beach, and play area. Nice view as well."

"Was charged 266.00 and was at hotel for literally 3 hours had an allergic reaction to something in the hotel. About arriving the hotel, smell like smoke and dog and would not give me a refund. Very disappointing waited 20 minutes at the front desk for to be helped Booke elsewhere."
