"The room we stayed in was terrible. The heating and air unit was leaking and the whole carpet was wet. All our bags and belongins got wet. the bathroom wall had mold on it, and the tub had a leak as well. We were under water and mold the whole stay. I called the front desk to let them know as soon as we checked in and saw the condition of the room and the front desk clerk told me they didn't have any available rooms at that time but will get us in another room the next day but that never...

"Breakfast could use a little revamping. They have a lot of construction workers staying there. People were laying in the hallways by windows not sure why and a couple of days a guy was laying on the floor by the vending area not sure why. But other than that it was a pleasant stay. I called the front desk to get moved to another room, but the front desk told me there weren't any other available rooms. The bed wasn't comfortable either."

"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings.
One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. Nearly all of the cardio equipment was broken except for the weights, which was frustrating since access to a functional gym was important to us.
