"It was very noisy at even 1:00 in the morning. The room was very 1990 basic and no soap other than this minuscule little jar. Too late to call for real soap. However I left a personal item in my room and called back that day. They found it…saved it and I picked it up two weeks later. Thank you!"

"The Hampton Inn overall was really nice, the room was very clean, and the grounds were impressivelly kept up. The only negative was the lack of healthier choices for breakfast... at least a better selectuon of fresher fruit."

"The entire building has a clean scent. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Fast food is within walking distance, and the 101 close proximity makes it ideal for getting to San Jose. Breakfast is very good. I loved the scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, turkey patties, and the warm cinnamon rolls! The only thing that I wasn't able to use was the pool. It looked a bit cloudy, not clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming!"

"Pretty decent and very convenient. Right by the beach, walking distance about five minutes at most. It was good for the one night stay. Parking is tight and at a slope. Overall, I recommend and will return 👍"

"There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

"It was a last minute booking to attend a concert at Stanford. The location was very convenient off the freeway and close to good food places. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There was free coffee at the lobby. It's pet-friendly too! It's a good place to stay and I can recommend to my family and friends."
