"Nice hotel and great location. But misleading regarding the business center and pool. I stayed here because it advertised a 24/7 business center but the business center is in the lobby with no privacy at all. I had to do private work calls and had to do them outside in the cold since I wasn’t going to take calls in the lobby. The pool also was under construction which was not disclosed until we checked into the hotel. Our room key never worked our entire stay to exit the parking garage so we always had to call for help and they still expected us to pay the $45 nightly parking fee. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room was nice and the staff was great. I used the fitness center and enjoyed it. The location was in the middle of nothing, with nothing within walking distance. The restaurant was fine, but not worth what they charge. "
