"We loved our stay at S Bento. We highly recommend it. The location is spectacular. The rooms are large and comfortable. Excellent service from everyone we interacted with. Our stay was shortened from 3 days to 1 due flight cancellations. We wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back and will stay at S Bento."

Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. "I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend."

"Der Service war hervorragend. Der Front Desk macht alles dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt und reibungslos abläuft. FItnessbereich ist gut, unklar war wie man die Sauna nutzen kann. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Einzig die Platzierung in einen bestimmten Raum ist nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, wenn in anderen fast alles leer ist. Sauberkeit war ok, nur das Duschgel wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Aber alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit ein paar wenigen Details, die nicht gut...

"While the property was clean, it was in need of quite a bit of maintenance/upkeep. Every chair and table was wobbly and uncomfortable, the remote didn't have batteries, neither sink had working plugs so I couldn't fill a sink, there were no pans or dishes that you could put into the stove to use it. It's a fine place for 1-2 nights but just not set up for our longer stay. Even though we were checking in for 9 nights, we had one towel each, no face cloths, and one dishwasher pod. We did get...
