"Room was great, super comfy and location was very convenient. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant downstairs each day of my stay. My only complaint is that the elevator was slow and often very crowded, it seemed like they only had one running at a time. The button for the right elevator on the 5th floor didn’t seem to be working at all. Overall I enjoyed my stay and felt it was good for the price I paid."

"Perfect for families, reunions. Close to beach and La Jolla. Great place for kids and family to hang by pool Jacuzzi. Great pool and ping pong tables. We were on the first floor and our patio went out to the pool. Fabulous. Private outdoor space with easy access to play time. Also has outdoor grills and tables. Would definitely stay again. King suite had two bathrooms. 👍"

"It’s great location right at beach. The staff is excellent explaining everything you need during your stay. They provide beach chairs and towel which is very good. The king room is great size and clean, bed is excellent too. But I didn’t like the shower with single side glass and nothing on the other side which make it difficult for me to enjoy my shower after a long day, I felt cold every time I shower. Also the mirror light cannot switch off, I don’t know why. it bothers me a lot during my sleeping time. Parking also tight, there’s very limited parking spots compared to the number of units"

"We loved it so much we came back. I had booked this hotel for one night and then a different hotel closer to sea world for two nights, but when we arrived at the other hotel it turned out to be more of a motel. We felt so safe during our previous night at Hilton garden inn so we came back and paid the higher rate that comes with booking the day of. It was worth it for peace of mind while traveling with my family and we will be back on our next trip. "

"Great location for Del Mar, close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice, rooms were clean and safe. Rear parking lot could use some work. The lighting at night was bad, with several lights not working, and trash everywhere. "

"There was no breakfast included. Went to the little cafe but walked in and it was cold as a meat locker (61 degrees with the a/c on full blast) with one person manning it. This person was making someone else's order and there for there was no one available to take an order. Walked out and went on into town for dinner. Hot tub looked like it had no been cleaned in months, very yellow and disgusting looking "
