"everything basically fine, except the carpet was heavily soiled and should’ve been replaced long ago! secondly, I requested a baggage trolley to the room when checking and also when leaving and was told “We don’t provide that service”!! My wife of 85 years old and I of 87 years old had to tote our. ages to and from room without any help suggested by your very young untrained staff! Don’ think will reschedule w/ you again! Too bad as our girls both live Future Work right around the corner!"

"Ocean Surf Inn is a hidden gem in the middle of Sunset Beach. Steps away from the beach and right in the middle of Seal Beach, Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. Truly is a prime location. Not only that but that staff is incredibly sweet and kind. Forgot your beach towel, no worries they have a bunch of clean towels waiting for you to take and free breakfast with a kind lady who makes pancakes. It’s my husband and I’s favorite place to come back home too. "

"An older place. Fairly clean. Nice breakfast room. “Harbor view is a stretch”. Literally a view of a tiny corner of the view where the tide is out most of the time."

"Housekeeper was awesome. Disappointed that management did not address the issue right away from day one at time of checkin that air conditioner wasn't working. They wouldn't give a discount for the inconvenience. Rooms are not very insulated and can hear noise from second floor and neighbors."

"I love this Hotel! I stay here every time I'm in Long Beach visiting my college student. This was my third stay and wasn't as great as the previous two due to the room having some issues, but I will definitely give them another chance. "

"Loved our stay and would book here again! Offered fresh hot breakfast as-well as cereal,yogurt and pastries coffee station and juice options, clean big bathrooms, pool was nice and clean. Rooms were clean double beds are full size instead of the usual queens but were comfortable tv didn’t offer many options but found some that worked . "
