It was reported it and the manager did what he could, but it was still working through the cement floor. He was going to change or room, but the only option was to go to the second floor. I was using a walker and could not do the stairs, no elevator. They gave us extra towels to put where it would drip. All was good and we were compensated. The manager was very helpful."

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and kind. The Mexican restaurant was really good and not expensive. It’s not a luxury resort, but you get a lot for the price."
