"The staff was friendly, attentive, glad to see me. They asked what floor I wanted to be on.! That has NEVER been asked of me. Kudos on that score. The outside of the property could use a little attention. There was litter, but it was late in the day, so the groundskeeper may have left for the day. ..."

"Hotel old and dirty, smelled like cigarettes. Our room was very dusty and we couldn’t even use our toilet because the space was so small. Horrible breakfast to charge people $25. I will not be staying here again and don’t recommend it."

"If I good give ZERO stars I would. Good luck getting someone on the phone to pick you up at the airport. My 80 year old mother waited over an hour and finally gave up on a shuttle ride. I called at least 3 times and was promised they would come get her at 1D (Seattle-tacoma international airport) ..."
