"For the first night, Hotel mgmt placed us in a room that was not the room type we reserved for our stay. Mgmt moved us to the correct room for the remaining three nights of our stay, and as a gesture of goodwill, offered to refund the first night of our stay and waive the daily $7 parking fee. There was no real variety for breakfast - chicken sausage and eggs for the first two days followed by sausage patties and eggs for the next two. "I loved the decor of my room—amazing taste and carefully curated. You can see that the spacious standard room is already outstanding. Also, the bathroom is one of a kind, with a separate toilet and shower, and mirrors everywhere. The restaurant is a great place for drinks and jazz music. Valet works like a glove. The only thing I missed was the spa, because I couldn't schedule a massage there."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! It was quiet, right in the middle of downtown and easily accessible! Staff allowed us to check in early, and held our luggage after we checked out so we could still enjoy our time in Seattle! They were super responsive when we had an issue in our room, and always kind and helpful! Should I ever come back to Seattle, I'd stay here again for sure! Thank you all!"
