"The bathroom and sink were both dirty and needed draining work. We had to request twice to have them worked on while we went outside. For the amount we paid, this was unacceptable but we didn’t have any other choice as everything else was sold out"

"The hotel was great. The staff was questionable. We went down to the lobby to ask for a late check-out. The man at the desk (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so irritated I walked away) would only speak to my husband. He asked for his email, I tried to give him mine - he said "no, I am asking ..."
