"If using the indoor pool, bring a swim cap and flip flops so you don’t need to purchase them. Otherwise, great stay just outside of Porto. We used Bolt to get around during our stay."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, great bar and restaurant, excellent spa, indoor and outside pool options, great access to beach and boardwalk leading to Gaia and Espinho (two smaller cities south of Porto). Rooms also have great view. Very upscale. The only downside is that it’s about a 25 minute car ride to Porto, but the neighboring cities also offer a cool beach town experience (but definitely go to Porto). We would definitely return!"

"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....

"The staff was super nice and friendly but the hotel needs to invest and improve the rooms and hallways. My air conditioning smell terrible and was getting me sick to the point I had to complaint and they came and cleaned it so it probably wasn’t clean for who know how long. The carpet at the room are terrible and smell moldy and the lighting in the hallways is terrible. If they upgrade these things this place would be a place I have return for sure."

"The front desk staff was friendly & knowledgeable and cleaning staff was attentive. The breakfast needs to be worked on in terms of options and the warmth of the hot food which was lukewarm or cold to the touch."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. These qualities alone almost make me want to give the hotel a perfect 10. There were, however, a couple of minor disappointments. The gym was quite small and lacked sufficient equipment for a hotel of this caliber. I was able to get my workouts in, but I wish the facility had been larger and better equipped. "Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool area is great. Indoor pool was also nice, however the jacuzzi section wasn’t actually hot water. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner which was tasty and good service. Can’t speak to the surrounding area as we didn’t leave the hotel (only stayed one night due to a cancelled flight)."
