"All the hotel Staff, from the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff, they have been excellent throughout our entire stay. Hospitality at its finest. location is so close to a lot of historical attractions and FOOOOOOOOOOOD. We are so grateful to be apart of the LGBT parade and World Cup Fan Fest, it was amazing experience and the hotel is right in the middle of it. We are coming back......sooooon!"

"Lo único que no me gustó nada, terminé de comer en el restaurant del hotel me tomé dos cervezas y decidí ir a ver el partido ala terraza y me comentaron que tenía que consumir algo, les comenté que acababa de comer en el restaurant del hotel y no les importó. Prácticamente me corrieron de ahí en delante todos los días salí a comer fuera, que bueno porque la comida estaba mejor en los restaurante de ahí cerca caminando."

The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"Our stay was amazing. We visited for a long weekend from Florida. Wanting the cooler weather Mexico City offered due to its elevation. We arrived well before check in. Our room was ready without asking. Our goal was to relax and refresh. The hotel did not disappoint. The roof top restaurant was amazing and the staff was perfect. "Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"Stayed during the Mexico World Cup game. Hotel was perfectly located. Rooms were large and spotless. Staff was very helpful to our family and knowledgeable about the area. 10 out of 10 for our stay. Also concierge provided transportation to and from the airport for a fee. Drivers were excellent. I’d highly recommend this as driving in CDMX is an experience."

"Great hotel in Centro District. My issues with the place is there is no drawers to put clothes...hate keeping and pulling clothes out of a suitcase when traveling. Also lighting in the bathroom is low level. But room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable."
