"Not our first stay here, but probably my longest. We trust Shangri-La Eros and will continue to book this hotel based on the amazing food, service and rooms. But...one night, there was a late party being held in the hotel with a DJ and extremely loud music, which we could hear in our room on the 16th floor. I had to go downstairs to reception to complain. "The property it’s no do close to the serport. 20 min drive from terminal 2-3 . The metro is a 11 minutes walk to the hotel an a lot of dogs around the area.
The room are ok, but need an udtate .
The food at the indian restaurant super!!!
Also I wrote several times before arriving to understand what transport was recommended and never received answer ending hiring a taxi at the airport in my own at 2:30 am . "
