"Made a last minute reservation and arrived well after check-in time. Brandyne was so responsive and helpful getting us into our lovely room. Very cozy and quiet, with a private patio and a wonderfully strong shower. Very comfortable bed. Even though we arrived well after the time for ordering the next morning's breakfast, Brandyne asked if we wanted to order breakfast anyway and even delivered it to our room! "This is a perfect down to earth place to stay in Sedona. Great location and walking distance to town. Awesome room, nicely appointed, great rain shower, pool/HTub and all around scenic views. "The unit that I got was upstairs. The sofa bed needs to be updated, you can feel the springs on your back when you lay down, the bedding seamed that it had not been changed. The kitchen only needs more pots and pans. I don't know why we needed to clean, when we paid a fee."

"The location was excellent, and the atmosphere around the property was charming. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It didn’t feel very clean, and it reminded me more of a college dorm room than a hotel. I was expecting a cleaner and more comfortable experience."

"This property is not only so charming and beautiful but also perfect for families! We played pickleball, mini golf, the game room, and enjoyed hours relaxing and exploring down by the creek. Location is so close and convenient to shops and restaurants and local attractions. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back"
