"Stayed here three nights, room was nice and decorated well. The mini split AC unit had a tick tick tick sound every time the fan ran so that made it a little annoying and the elevator next to my room was stuck in a constant dialing sound. At first, I was told it was normal and then I was told, they were waiting on part. The poolside guy was great and attentive and cheerful, but the front desk people were a bit offputting. "Stayed here with friends. Great location. Excellent service. Restaurant & bar very convenient & good. Enjoyed massages at the spa. Pool small & chairs go quickly after a day of hiking. Wasn’t a major issue but something to remember. "

"Great stay at Hilton Bell Rock. Parking is $20 per day and Shawdow rock dinner was a bit pricey. We thought breakfast at Shadow rock was better than dinner. The rooms were large, a bit dated but had great view of Bell Rock. 5 min walk to restaurants and short drive to many other dining/shopping area. Hotel has an outdoor pool but they also charge daily $35 resort fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"
