"Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage."

"This is truly a 5-star hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Room was clean and service is above par. "This hotel is located in a perfect area for public transportation easy access to train/ underground station that takes you into the heart of Munich. Lots of great restaurants you won’t go hungry so many good options. Coffee in the lobby was very good actually, staff was friendly, love the one beer or one water bottle a day system.
