"Great"

"Loved the room … 5 star location. Travel tip - Google or Apple takes you right there. But, tough to find because we are looking for the big signs like a hotel. The Bellevue is right across the street and has a visible sign. Riva Luxury Rooms are lovely. You enter into a multi use hallway. There is a small plaque on the street. You enter into the Riva rooms and it turns beautiful!"

"Superb apartment, very friendly and helpful staff in a central, very quiet location that is close to everything. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic place to stay, very quiet, clean and new."

"The room was small but adequat and efficient for our needs. It was really hard to find but the owner sent step by step instructions on how to find. It was like a treasure hunt. We did not see anyone upon arrival or departure."

"Clean comfortable modern room in a great location within walking distance of the promenade! The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Residence Stein is a gem in Split. First, it has an elevator which is unusual in an older building. The staff are helpful and warm, my room was spacious (room and bath) with good storage for luggage/stuff. I love having breakfast on-site as it is easier to start the day. It’s location is great for getting into the city center and all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again-"

"Great location and customer service"

Rooms are immaculate, stylish and well equipped, with the best lighting arrangement I have ever come across! Comfy bed, air conditioning, good shower, kettle, fridge, dishes, tea and coffee provided. Nice restaurant Villa Diana just yards away and grocery shop nearby. Host Marko extremely helpful and can provide ride to airport at...
