Personnel au top. Chalet bien équipé, les chalets côté forêt sont bien ombragés, plutôt appreciable pendant les fortes chaleurs car pas de Clim. Point négatif salle de bain très petite et sans fenêtre.

This should not be listed as a resort. It is closer to a camping site with cabins and a pool. The service is minimal, beds are not made for you upon arrival, and the rooms do not include soap or even toilet paper. On a hot summer night, the lack of AC is really torture. The beds are definitely not comfortable. So the idea of going on vacation to rest, definitely out the window. The place is run down and even the pool shows the need for maintenance. Reminded me of boarding school in Cuba. The place is very conveniently located. There are attractions and entertainment for all sorts and ages. So the place was packed. The beach is truly amazing, Lots of nice soft sand, but beware of the giant dune you must climb to get there. Usually, that would not be a concern, but when traveling with 3 kids under 5 you will must likely carry somebody and then going to the beach is a challenge. After 3 nights we decided to forfeit the remaining 4 nights and go home. Which was a good thing because we had also ran out of clean towels and I did not see any sign of them replacing them. The staff did the minimum and when my basic French ran out I couldn't find a person to speak in English or Spanish. Again, a lot of people seemed to be having a great time, so I am thinking it is a matter of expectation. For the money paid it should include more amenities and be a little more comfortable.

Studio was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom clean, shower good with lots of hot water. Pool area lovely, lots of sun loungers. The area outside the studios looks very desolate and not well maintained, this may be due to the location - we were on the sea side of the complex which is across the road from the main facilities and the pool area which is the forest side. Signage to get there very poor (Google maps takes you to the locked sea side location, the reception is across the roundabout on the forest side). No signs that we could see. Be aware that when we got to our room the bed was not made up - when we asked at reception we were told that bedding and towels were not included - when I showed them the page from Expedia listing saying they were included they gave us towels, bedding and toiletries. WiFi is extra (€6 for 2 devices for 2 days) but is excellent (note you cannot swap devices from the first one that is connected). Good location to explore the area and for a few relaxing days by the pool.

Emplacement idéal à proximité de la plage

Un accueil un peu chaotique le samedi avec un manque évident de personnel à la réception. L'équipement de l'appartement est plus que suffisant. A l'étage le ménage n'avait pas été effectué au sol. Pas de parking jouxtant l’appartement. Un bon souvenir avec une bonne ambiance ; une piscine très bien pensé pour les petits ; le calme au rendez-vous même au mois de juillet ; et de belles ballades à vélo.
