"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. "Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants."
