This hotel exceeded all expectations and we have high expectations! ;) The perfect stay from start to finish with wonderfully kind and friendly staff and exemplary facilities. The staff spotted it was our son’s birthday during our stay and were so kind to surprise him with a delicious cake. Everything was done to the highest standard and we sincerely hope to return in the future. The pool area is also wonderful and with panoramic views and lovely seating. Thank you to your amazing team. Great location for seeing the city and getting around, good transportation links. very attentive staff and loved the little things like water and coffee at reception and the room fridge with some free drinks after a long hot day exploring the city. Bar and restaurant were also a lovely addition to the experience

This was a truly fabulous hotel right in the middle of everything you could need from Lisbon. The staff were amazing and we particularly loved the pianist each night between 7:00 and 8:00. Top class service all round.

Excellent Hotel, great location, staff are amazing and are always there to help. We will be definitely staying here again.

Breakfast, would be a bit better more choice, veggies, fruits in buffet, but overall very ok

Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

A great centrally located hotel. Rooms were a little small but comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.

Amazing, staff couldnt do enough for you. Nothing felt like any trouble. Love room and brilliant breakfast buffet

Well located right in the centre of Lisbon near to many of the local shops and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were treated to an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The team also gave us some port, wine and pastel de nata as an additional gift.

The aim was to have a relaxed, calm break and we got that from the wonderful country, hotel, food and weather! The hotel is close enough to Lisbon (20 minutes by train which was roughly €3 return) but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings! The staff were wonderful and could not do enough to accommodate all our needs. Small tip, make sure to visit the local restaurants, we dined as the tavern (Portuguese), Italian and Japanese restaurants and they were so enjoyable! The sushi...

A beautiful setting for a contemporary hotel. All staff treated us like royalty and couldn't do enough. The food was outstanding, the views were incredible and overall a very enjoyable visit. If I return to Lisbon I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at BessaHotel. The facilities were great, the room was clean, spacious and modern and the location was perfect. The staff were also so friendly and kind. I would definitely come back!

Such a cool hotel! Walking distance from the arch, main square and loads of restaurants, shops and bars The aesthetics are cool and it makes sense when you read about the history of the hotel’s location in the basement..nice surprise there

Great hotel. Super location, really helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Amazing stay at Altis Avenida! Such a perfect location to explore Lisbon. The welcome we received and help with anything was wonderful. The rooftop bar was a particular highlight with a lovely atmosphere and fab cocktails. There was also a small sun deck for the moments to have a rest and take in the views.
