"Stayed twice in 2018 and 2026. Both times, the staff were warm and helpful. The bathing facilities are clean and well-stocked with amenities. The outdoor bath/ rotemburo is beautifully landscaped. In 2026, the upgraded facilities were modern and elegant. Lounge featuring refreshing beverages was relaxing. New beautiful yukata and slipper sets, including childrenā€™s sizes. Happy hour and nightcap in lobby with free drinks, snacks, beer, wine, sake, spirits. Breakfast: nicely features local specialties Transportation: free shuttle bus to Nagahama eki/station. Love the thoughtful amenities: family-friendly baby cribs, tray carts for seniors"
