"This space was amazing! They clean their beaches which is worth the 5 stars all on its own but the food and service, from the housekeeping and reception to bar and restaurant staff everything was top notch. The view is also worth every penny."

"Cute little resort. The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination. Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel though"

"Surpassed any expectations on every level. The villa is just beautifully set with everything you can think of needing on a vacation. Just a few minutes walk from a great beach in onsurf, stroll or chill. And with one of the best restaurants in the island for both ots food and the service. Staff is amazing and they will do anything to keep you happy. Like I said in the title “any great review will just come short of how great this place is”. "

"Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! We reported it and to the credit of the villa manager he tried to get the problem fixed but unfortunately the problem remained until we checked out. It is understandable that problems can arise at times, but what was most disappointing is that despite our grievances, all we were offered as compensation was the difference between our original booking and the upsell amount. Management of the resort did not bother to attend to us and would send the villa manager each time even though the problem was not fixed. The ground staff Phian, Abul and our villa manager Juna were nice and attentive and did what they could, but the resort management on this occasion was very poor. This has turned us off returning anytime in the near future which we are sad about. Hopefully management pick up their game and make this place worth it like it used to be."

"Our second stay at Segara. We stayed 5 days over Christmas and had such an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. This property is so special, the staff, the food, the location on the beach - all amazing! We will be back without a doubt!"
