"It was suitable for us as we were just staying before we got up early for a flight at the airport. The lady who welcomed us was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The room was dated, sofa bed my son slept on was very thin. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but the shower worked well. We did have two little cube windows that had no blind so we had to cover them up ourselves. The TV was also very glitchy. It is positioned in a good area to go grab dinner though,...

"Spacious room with all we needed. No hassle with parking. Reception was unattended both when I dropped our bag off and when I came back to check in. Issues with the TV which kept losing signal and the heat pump didn't heat the room. Concerned about security - the hotel allows people to come in through reception (shared with a restaurant) and go via lift up to the floors without swipe card access. Hotel entrance door is open without swipe access needed until 10:30pm. "

"The unit was super comfortable with quality fittings and bedding, fit provides everything we needed including good kitchenette facilities. The parking is secured at night with key entry which was a pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful with an easy walk to restaurants, the town centre and the new stadium. The cream on top of a really great property was the wonderful host, we will for sure be back! "

"Spacious and location great. Staff lovely. Parking great but had to pay extra. However the kitchen facilities were haphazard- no matching wine glasses and only 2 for a 4 person room. Only 2 glass tumblers. No coffee plunger or other coffee facilities. For a hotel that markets itself highly only supplying instant coffee is not good enough. Rooms are tired and need a refresh. Beds extremely uncomfortable- super hard and we all had really sore backs. "

"The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
