Apartments in Selwyn District

"Had a great stay and location was excellent, tram right outside apartment, easy walk to shops & cafes. Would recommend to friends and family."

"The unit was divided into three levels. For seniors, this was an inconvenience. Bathroom on ground floor has a low ceiling. Parking is difficult."

"close to city"

"Very clean and neat had a wonderful stay, felt like a real hotel. We brought our baby and they gave us everything we needed, high chair and cam cot. Highly recommended"

"This apartment is quiet and close to city center and Hagley Park. "

"Good location, had everything we needed, tidy and clean."

"A quiet property in a convenient neighbourhood. However it was smelly when we entered. The bathroom was rendered almost useless with an unusable wash basin. Dishes in the kitchen were dirty and we had to spend a lot of time cleaning them before we could use them. The roller blind on the window next to the entrance door was defective and inoperable and hence robbed us of our privacy."

"We spent 5 fantastic nights in such a spacious, wel maintained apartment. Perfectly located above Cathedral Junction, near a convenience store, cafes, tram and the delightful New Regent Street."

"Clean, conveniently located near the center of town, with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood."

"絨毯が汚かった 部屋全体はきれいだった！ シャワーもよかった！"

"The his was a home away from home. Nice and modern with all the amenities we needed. "
