"Room was filthy, especially the bathroom. No soap, shampoo or any other basic bathroom necessities were in place. Showers curtain was filled with mildew. TV wasn't working correctly and we were told it would be replaced the next day. After returning the next day, the TV was new but we had no signal to watch anything. Asked for another room, but denied in leiu of a room discount.
Breakfast was below average, but it was quiet.
Staff were nice but the service and overall value was incredibly...

"This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!"

"Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery.
All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went."

At the rear of the building near the property line there is a porch swing. There is a very nice lite (hardly noticeable) wind that seems to continuously blow past the swing.

"very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. plenty of parking. 'very effecient and courteous desk clerk. When I was checking in there were several in front of me and several more arrived right after me. The clerk did not get razzeled and maintained her compusure. She apologized but had no reason to for the extra time it was taking to register me but again there were several groups arriving at the same time.
The cost for the room was very fair for the lodging."

"It's a good location. If you need to get on US65, it's easy. There's a stoplight if you need to make a left turn. There is a supermarket, McDonalds, and a convivence store nearby.
It's a two story property with no elevator. The washer / dryer is free, but make sure the washer kicks on before leaving.
My room, the towel rack fell off since the screws were loose. I tightened them up, but they're still loose. Not sure if they need larger screws or not.

"Conveniently located near the interstate on the south end of Springfield. They did put down a $150 deposit on the room -- maybe because it was prepaid? (I documented that all the items were left in the room just in case they might say differently.)
There's a pool & hot tub. There were no towels down there & no one was at the desk when I went to ask, so we used towels from our room & then took them back to our room so they wouldn't be considered missing.
There are restaurants close by. Breakfast...
