The villa was just as it appeared in the photos, very modern, clean and spacious. Pros - Great location and in walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets and spas. Good facilities - filtered water provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, wireless speaker and mobile phone. Daily housekeeping for the bedrooms and lounge area, although I did have to request for the pool and surrounding area to be cleaned. Villa manager Renu was very responsive and helpful in organising late check out as we had an evening flight, and addressing any concerns that we raised. Cons - Air conditioning was a bit noisy in one of the bedrooms when we raised the temperature. This was looked at by maintenance when we brought it to their attention so appreciate that perhaps they just couldn’t resolve the issue. As mentioned above, I had to request cleaning of the pool and outdoor area and would’ve liked for this to be done a bit more often. Noise could be heard from some of the surrounding villas during the day as well as a security guards whistle from the nearby hotel, but the area was generally quiet at night. Good to know - the beds in one of the rooms can be left as a double or converted to single beds. Make sure you request in advance if you would like them made up as single beds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Villa CJ and would definitely stay there again.

This property is stunning and looks exactly like the photos. There are two rooms with queen beds and two bathrooms on the property. All common areas are outside under the pavilion, but we were able to pull down some curtains when it rained and still sit comfortably as a group. Great A/C in the bedrooms. The villa management is friendly and responsive and helped our group organize transportation and spa services. The villa is down a small alley off a main road and it was hard for taxis to find the entrance, but we enjoyed the privacy. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from Seminyak Beach and has lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Unfortunately sound does carry from the villas next door and we were woken up by some partying, but we were glad our neighbors were also enjoying their vacation :) There are onsite safes for your valuables and I'd recommend locking all larger items inside a suitcase. There was one day when we returned from an excursion that it looked like the cleaning staff rummaged through our belongings. We came up short $20 USD and were missing a shopping bag with souvenirs purchased from a local boutique. However nothing of great value was taken, and we reported it to villa management to investigate. Overall a decent stay; just make sure to have your wits about you while traveling.

3명이서 묵었는데 완전 만족이었어요. 좁은 골목이라 차가 들어갈 순 없지만 골목에서 근방이고 무엇보다 깔끔하고 풀도 예뻐요! Dayu 라는 하우스키퍼가 아침마다 오셔서 아침해주시구요 원하면 청소도 해주십니다^^ 중간중간에도 필요한게 없는지 연락도 주시구요! 부모님 모시고 가는 여행이라 불편해하시진 않을까 걱정했는데 잠도 꿀잠자고 너무 편하고 좋다고 하시네요. 동네가 조용하고 조금만 걸으면 스미냑 번화가라 도보로 왔다갔다 가능합니다. 조리도구도 다 구비되어있어서 장기투숙하시는 분들도 불편없이 사용하실 수 있을 것 같아요. 더블베드1, 트윈2이라 가족여행에 추천드려용! 그리고 풀은 살짝 깊습니다ㅜ 160m 정도 되는 것 같으니 키 작으신분들은 튜브 준비해주세용^.^ 강추예요! 한국인 후기가 없어서 걱정이었는데 탁월한 선택이었네요! ^^ ( 지도만 보면 조금 헷갈리는데 큰 길에 있는 '히비스커스' 옆 골목으로 들어오시면 됩니다) I had a wonderful stay at villa CJ. It's really clean and modern with perfect pool exactly like the photos. perfect location near seminyak square(2 min to convience store). It's also quiet and peaceful day and night. The staffs are really kind too. special thanks to the housekeeper Dayu . she made our trip a lot happier. thank you.
