Hotel Monte Hermana Sendai
You definitely get what you pay for. Sadly you couldn't totally turn off the heat, and the room dried out. There were loud people in the hallways and I ended up only getting about 3 hours of sleep total. The room was clean and the amenities were fine. Bathroom was above standard for similar business ...
