とにかく立地がいいです。地下鉄勾当台公園駅、セブン、ローソン、ほの香さん、ヴェローチェ、アーケード、三越…便利。建物は古くてユニットバスも極限まで狭いですが、水周りもお部屋もいつも綺麗に清掃されていて安心して滞在できます。
