"Only front desk person on property and Clyde couldn’t be bothered if you needed anything! Had to asked for a trash a for our suite room everyday 4 nights and still never received one! The maid spoke zero English! She only spoke French. The Hotel itself is a good location but for the price you pay you would think they could clean your room or bring you a trash can. "

"This location is right in the heart of the University of Virginia grounds so it was very easy for us to drive to John Paul Jones arena for the basketball game and to Klockner Stadium for the lacrosse game. It is on a cu-de-sac with other houses. It is very close to restaurants, the Corner, and the downtown mall. "Great location within walking distance of multiple dining options. Easy walk to the self-park lot. Very helpful staff in the lobby. Views from rooftop terrace are great! And the pizza up there is delicious. Very easy 1 block walk to/from parking lot. @$20 for overnight."
