"Really clean Staff is wonderful"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. "Pros: - unbeatable view - everything was very clean - included breakfast tastes good - staff were nice Cons: - no staff overnight. The fire alarm went off (no fire though) and it took a bit of waiting for a staff member to come and turn off the alarm"

"This is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is rundown and looks like a place out of the 80s or 90s and mostly has a depressing vibe. The hotel room was clean and the staff are nice, however. But if you're looking for a luxury hotel, look elsewhere."

"Had fam rm with 1 twin and 1 double. It was free upgrade. The setup for the bathroom was awful. No door no shower curtain and the partial divider in the shower didn’t come all the way down to the ground. It was short 2-3” so water got out underneath. Which means u had stinky wet rags from soaking the water up. The room was decent size and good aircon controls. Very old looking room. Location was 5-7 min walk to seogwipo olle market area. "It’s very quiet & tranquil place with an ocean view but a bit far to other facilities. Nice hotel tough a little tarnished especially hot top which was not maintained properly. Restrooms as well - bidets Hopefully they would maintain well then could be fine. But every staff was very helpful & very nice!"
