"One main thing I want to complain is that the air conditioning is one of the worst that I have ever stayed in my life who claims as a 4 star resort. I stayed there for 3 nights and the problem literally occurred the first night. The room felt very warm but it set to 22 minimum, so you cannot turn it lower and I promise you, that room is warm as 27 degree, definitely not even 24. The stuff came but the first night still felt like warm. Then the maintenance came the 2nd day when we were out but...

"Can’t recommend this hotel enough!! Everything was very clean, there were great amenities, and a beautiful view as well! Best of all, the host and staff were amazing. The host cooked a simple yet delicious breakfast for us and he even offered to (and did) drive us to the bus terminal when he heard us struggling to get a taxi to get there. Had the best stay!!"

"Great traditional hanok style property with modern amenities. Only the shower was a bit awkward since it's above sink and hard to reach for short people and kids."

"We stayed for a whole week. Our sea view suite room had an amazing view of 새섬 and we were able to see fireworks from the room on Friday night. We never used the pool or ate the buffet breakfast because neither seemed worth what they were charging. The pool had a great view but looked super small and crowded during peak season. It was crazy hot while we were in Jeju in July 2026 so we spent a lot of time driving out to the beaches. Be aware that the parking lot is an outdoor gravel lot that fills...
