Excellent location near the heart of Myeong-dong and close to multiple public transportation options. We would give Ehwa six stars for generously storing our extra luggage bags at the hotel while we went to Jeju Island for two days in the middle of our trip. Manager Dae was super communicative with us while we were away and kindly arranged a late check-in for us for when we returned to Seoul. The management and staff will give you the best hospitality here!

Room was really small for 4pax, and you have to ask them for towels etc… not like in any other hotel automatically if you check in more than 2 nights at least change the towels and tidy up the room, poor service. Even the lady at the front desk it seems like she always irritated when you ask her something no premier customer service at all. But the other guy name Sean kinda helpful. Air conditioning and heater works well except in our last night they disabled our AC unit. Breakfast was good at least they have bake eggs. Overall if you are looking for a convenient place this one is good,a little pricey but good area to explore Myeongdong.

Excellent stay for a single traveller

Although a limited size room, the price and comfort was great. In addition, a nice breakfast was included in the price. Location is perfect in Myeongdong. Will certainly stay again when on a single journey to Seoul.

The room is clean the staff are not all time on site. Our room was extremely small with no closet to put our language. Head shower is over the sink. This shouldn’t be called hotel - it is one star motel

The hotel is very close to Myeongdong street market, shopping, restaurants, transportation system bus/subway, etc. The family unit on the 8th floor is very spacious and clean. It has 4 beds and 2 separate AC units. There are nice bakeries close by. FYI, it's difficult for uber/taxi to get to front of hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet and accessible to bus and train stations, restaurants, shopping, Cathedral and everything in Myeongdong area. The place is very clean and cozy. The lobby is cozy for chilling out. Will highly recommend and defintely return here next visit.
