Space is great! It was really hard to find. When searching on maps (both Android & Apple) it leads to the actual FourSeason Luxury hotel which was very inconvenient. Our taxi even lead us there, which was a waste of energy and time. Overall, we needed a room to sleep as we were very tired, and we liked the space and the bed was comfortable. Great staff.

This hotel is very convenient. It is very close to Myeongdong, Shinsegae Shopping Mall, Namsan Seoul Tower & the subway. It is also surrounded with a number of convenience stores, restaurants and bars.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to Myeongdong, Namsan Park and Namdaemun and close enough to walk to Seoul Station. The room was comfortable, a good size and nice and warm for the winter

This is our worst experienced 5 nights stay. We booked through expedia website and it's written 'Kids stay free! One child 5 years old or younger stays free when using existing bedding.' But we were asked to pay extra 100,000 (20,000/night) for our 4 years old kid or else we were not allowed to stay and rooms booked is non refundable. Both hotel and expedia are ignoring our emails and messages where we asked for an explanation for the charges. Be careful of what you booked! First time ever is our travelling experience with strictly no check in after 11pm. Although is stated on their website 24 hours hotel reception. Hotel location is walking distance to Singsagae, Lotte, Daiso, Myeongdong market, Nandaemun market but hotel location is up the hill. Room is smell of bbq or whenever there is cooking happening in the kitchen. Bathroom is tiny. Just enough room for a bathtub, toilet bowl and a sink. Blanket cover is not changed after previous hotel guest. We found hair and dust all over bedsheet cover and blanket. Breakfast choice is limited.

The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms are small & very basic but AC works well which is very important during the hot summer days. Breakfast is okay but needs variation, one can get tired of it quickly having the exact same thing daily. Pretty convenient location and reasonable prices.

The sheets smelled weird and rooftop jacuzzi not operational, seemed like no effort to fix it. Getting only one key card upon checking was annoying. It's weird that people waiting on tables in restaurant were also checking people in. Not having shower curtains made it impossible to not have water spray all over the place. Room was clean so that was good.

Hotel staffs are friendly
The hotel staff is friendly and we have a smooth check in and out. The room is alright. The amenities such as towels and etc can be improved as it looks old, yellowish and some are torn with holes in it, can consider replacing the old one with new towel for better impression. The cleanness of the room could be improved as well as we still see hairs lying around the room after makeup. But overall we are satisfied with the services:)

Don’t be fooled.
Reception was not 24 hours and emergency number did not work. Definitely NOT a four star hotel. More like a 2-star. Breakfast was definitely not worth it and was the same thing everyday. Location was ok. Not recommended for people with disabilities. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel.

Very nice hotel and location
This hotel is very nice, the staff were very friendly and did their best explaining things to us in English. The hotel room was perfect size for 2 people and it had a nice view from the 6th floor. The only con about this hotel is that it is on a hill, though you do get used to it. The first time going up was hard because we had luggage. But you can take a taxi up (we saw many taxis going up/down the street). The room was very well maintained. They always cleaned and restocked towels while we were out. They also have a restaurant with really good pork belly from Jeju Island. It’s also very close to the subway station. You take line 4 and get off at Hoehyeon station, exit #1. Once you come out of the station, turn right at the CU convenience store and go up the hill. It’s very close to Namdaemun Market and one stop from Myeongdong. Also very close to N Seoul Tower. The photo map they give you is a little confusing. Once you get to the Main Street it says to turn left onto the walkway road. You can turn left instead of crossing the street and a little further down is the cable car to the tower. Or if you like to hike, you can go to the right and take the stairs all the way up. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t mind walking uphill. I think it’s worth it.

Mediocre but close to transport and quite central.
Not quite suitable for elderlies and disables as too steep for walking for these groups of people. The room is good size but the fridge doesn't work and despite notification still didn't fix or replace! Run out of conditioner on the first day and never refilled! No hot water on two out of five days, no good! One of the two double beds suspected to have bed lice as my son had itches and rashes all over! The hotel is very warm and lovely heated floors.

Nice and affordable hotel
Its a good hotel stay, but the hotel is located on top of the hill. It can be quite tiring to climb up the hill, especially after a long day. However, the hotel room was clean and tidy, and its has everything that we need. The room is small but enough to put 2 luggage. The staff was very friendly and always greet us with a smile.

Awesome hotel
Awesome hotel , great location , great food , there was one lady in the front desk helped us to find s taxi when we were leaving and gave us hugs , took our pictures and helped to carry our heavy luggage outside told us she loves us , best service ever kudos to the hotel to have her , will be back to the hotel again thank you guys !!

Enjoyed my stay very much 10/10
I stayed in this hotel just over 2 weeks and I was very happy with my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although some spoke limited English but they we were still able to communicate. The hotel is in a residential area so it is very safe even if you get back late after a day out, the station is very close to Hyoyeon station making it convenient to go shopping and sightseeing. Nearby there is also a selection of restaurants and convenient stores if you are feeling hungry or thirsty. Also, Namdaemun Market and Myungdeong is also a walk away, and Shinsegae is also across the road from the station so I would highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget but still don't want to compromise on comfort, cleanliness and location. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Seoul again!

Incorrectly marketed to customers
Advertised facilities were not available, or were closed, ie- no pillow menu, jacuzzi spa`s closed, rooftop terrace closed, chef off ill so no breakfasts available to purchase. The twin room is very small-20sqm at most not 24sqm as advertised. Nowhere to store suitcases. Minimal clothes storage space for two people. The first room that was given to us, the aircon did not work, and the bathtub was only about 3.5ft long. we had to change rooms as the room was so hot. The staff are friendly. The place is clean. The close-by area where the hotel is located is not too good. Would not stay here again.

Good beds for Asian Hotel as they like hard beds.
Great staff, very helpful and kind. We had to leave our hotel we had booked and paid for due to rock hard beds. This hotel was clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff . The restaurant was great as well. A short walk to everything you need. The room had a fridge, good Air-conditioning and toiletries. Towels were a bit thin but fine. Quiet rooms which was great as we slept late due to jet lag. Really well priced through hotels.com.

Very close to train, shopping and food.
Staff were really friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Myeongdong is very close, so shopping and food were excellent. Access to subway is also easy. This is a great place to stay... Our third time now, each one as satisfying as the previous trip.

Great family hotel near markets
N Fourseason have some great family rooms. The staff are great and were very helpful, polite and generous throughout our stay...even after our checkout they were helping us! The hotel itself is a little difficult to find the entrance the first time you go, but after that it is brilliantly located. It's really close to the markets, fine shopping and also myeongdong's bustling shops, street food and restaurants... But not so close it's noisy. This is why it is so good for families. The restaurant at the hotel is good, too, and relatively inexpensive. We have just stayed our second time, and will definitely come back here.

Comfy bed and good location
I stayed in a double and a twin room on separate occasions. The double was basically two twin beds pushed together. Beds are big and the pillows are very comfortable. Room was small but had everything necessary. Location was near to Myeongdong which made it convenient, however the hotel was slightly up a hill therefore not advisable for people with very heavy luggage. Toilet was small but clean and towels provided were body sized towels.

Great Hotel, Horrible Slope to get to it though
Everything is great with our accommodation, room was clean, the house keeping lady was really helpful despite her limited English. The location of the hotel is a bit odd in a way that there is a bit of a slope to get around. On a normal day it would've been okay, but given a full day of shopping/sight-seeing, knowing the fact that you need to go up that slope to get home is a bit off putting; not to mention the first day when we got off at the subway and had to push the luggages up the slope. The other thing was the size of the bathroom. We read the reviews prior to booking so we sort of expected that the bathroom would be tiny. It wasn't as bad as what some other reviews had put it. As long as you're not a huge person and are sensible with the shower head's pointing direction while you shower the floor and the toilet don't get that wet. Other remarks, bed was HUGE. Forgoing a bit of the bed size and clearing up room for luggage on the floor would be nice. Some reviews said that the walls were thin and you could hear everything from next door. We found that it wasn't the case and privacy was still pretty good. Generally very acceptable standard. The slope and the bathroom aside everything is above average.

Great place to stay!!
When we arrived in Korea we were staying in a hostel, which wasn't working out for us. We booked a room here and went the next day, and it was much more comfortable. The room was spacious with an extra little room off to the side. The air conditioning worked great and so did the wifi, which was individual to our room. The bed was very large and they provided tea, coffee, and bottled water. I hope to stay here again in the future!
