We really liked the property overall. The rooms were nice, the staff were helpful, and they kindly let us check in early when we arrived two hours ahead of time. The location was great, with easy access to the station. The only downside was the swimming pool - it was very small and crowded, so we didn’t really enjoy using it.

Room is clean and nice, I imagine novotel would be at least higher standard than ibis in the same building. However I found out the 24 hr CU mart is at ibis side. A long way to walk from Novotel. And it’s abit inconvenient that toilet lights are bundled together with bathrooms. There’s no night light for me to turn on and once off the main lights, all lights will be off. If there’s a Reno in the future, I’d strongly recommend to install some night lights for guest. In majority it’s a very nice and comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and rooms are very clean. As well as it’s right next to station! Super convenient!!!

There was construction everywhere outside and qas not communicated. There is also different days and hours for amenities like the pool and gym when you cannot use it. The room was clean and the staff generally was nice but they seemed annoyed qhen we asked questions. The bed was a kid bed but not confortable due to two bed being put togheter besides the mall nothing else is nearby and not walkable
