Love all Toyoko Inns. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Stored bags at check in and out. Close to the subway and there's an airport bus that stops in front. Great breakfast. Room was great.

Staff need training, but was a great hotel.

When I checked in, the staff was welcoming, but was new and did not know how to change the room as I was given floor 1 which I did not like. The room was clean except there is used toilet paper at the corner of the bathroom ceiling not disposed. The breakfast was great and have enough amenities.

If you rent a car and need to park it, you must check with the front desk. This is because parking may not be allowed due to the weight of the vehicle. Additionally, the front desk should provide courteous guidance regarding this matter. The breakfast at this hotel feels like a homemade meal my mom would make in Korea. The menu changes daily, and during our one-week stay, it seemed to follow a weekly rotation. However, every meal felt thoughtfully prepared with care. Because of this, I would love to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit except car parking

東横INN東大門2より少し古いと聞きましたが、フロント横（エレベータへ向かうところ）に少しスペースがあるのがいいですね。 チェックアウトが早くいったん荷物を預け、その後爆買いしたものを整理できたのでよかったです！ 2はエントランスのところすぐにイスとテーブルが並び、気持ち隠れて荷物をがさごそやるようなスペースがなかった気がします。

フロントの方皆日本語ができるので安心して利用できました。部屋は狭いですが日本のビジネスホテルではよくある狭さなので苦痛ではありません。リネン類も清潔です。下水のせいなのか水回りは少し匂いがありました。無料朝食もおいしく、買い物も便利で、リムジンバスも止まるし、コストパフォーマンスが非常に良かったです。

ウォシュレットが壊れていて、翌日部屋の変えてもらう事にはしていたが、翌朝6:30位に食堂のニラみたいな匂いが私の部屋（1F）に充満して目が覚めた。すぐに部屋交換を頼んだが、10時過ぎしか無理と言われる。服などにも匂いがつきそうな位すごい匂いなので、少しでも早くと頼み、そこはなんとか8:40位に部屋交換をしてくれた。 次の部屋は良かったが、浴室のコンディショナーがほぼ出なく、100プッシュ以上位しても、普段私が使う量の３分の1も出なかった（これはホテルには言ってません）。 東横インさんには釜山の２店鋪に5回以上、永登浦 に1回宿泊してて、 日本語が通じて安心して泊まれる好きなホテルだったのですが… 又、1泊目の部屋には電気スタンドがありませんでした。 チェックイン時に窓なしの部屋と分かり1泊分11000W×2泊分差額を払い窓有りにしてもらったんですが、変えない方が良かったのかも知れません。

スタッフの方の対応がとても素晴らしいです。お部屋はあまり広くはありませんが、アクセスは最高に良いです！ホテルを出て1.2分歩けば駅です。何よりエレベーターがあるので荷物を持ってもらくです。朝食も豪華ではありませんが、美味しくいただきました。東大門は夕方から夜にかけてオーブンするお店が多いので、遅い時間にでも歩いてホテルに帰れるのはストレスフリーです。
