"It definitely felt more like a 3 star hotel, there was an outdated look feel to it. The photos must be quite old. The buffet breakfast was ok, it could around £10 per person. They were able to organise airport taxi (charged more coming from the airport, nearly twice as much)! There was Netflix on the tv. The location is ok but still need to get taxis everywhere. There is a tiny convenience on site which is useful"
"We had a wonderful stay at ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun in Seoul. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was also friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, this was a great hotel choice in Seoul. The location, cleanliness, and service made our trip easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun and would stay here again."
"Overall was good.
Love the soundproofing.
Downside is that car cant stop right in front of the hotel as the road is closed at certain timing. Closest drop off point is around 5mins walk."
"We stayed here for a week and the location is great for food, shopping, and the train station was in walking distance. The staff was great and helpful. We opted not to have the room cleaned everyday and just requested what we needed (TP, towels, etc.). I did notice that when they did come to clean (just once or twice during our stay) that they did not change the bed linens, which I thought they did as part of the cleaning. The hotel itself is very clean and I would stay here again next time I am in Myeongdong."
