We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. Breakfast menu was average. Coffee so so. There was powder creamer no fresh milk /cream next to coffee. There was no adjustments made for missed breakfast because of a tour at 7. Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites
Airport shuttle only runs hourly. Between 5-7 pm no shuttle because “rest time”. Hotel does not have air conditioning. Be careful summer months. Overall just ok. Good- lots of stores/restaurant close to hotel and a train/metro station very close by.
