"I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent.
The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much....

"Hotel bergaya oriental dengan pemandangan sawah yang asri. Sangat bersih karena baru dibangun satu tahun lalu. Hening dan jauh dari keramaian, walaupun kami datang saat peak season tahun baru. Sayangnya, kolam renang kecil sehingga hanya sedikit kamar dengan pool akses. Padahal area tersebut adalah best spot hotel. Akses ke hotel melalui jalan perkampungan yang belum di aspal, kiri kanan sebagian besar pohon dan sawah. Hotel tidak tampak dari depan. Gerbang hotel diawali dengan jalanan sempit...
"This Boutique stye Hotel is small enough to make your holiday in Bali feel more personal and welcoming, the wonderful staff make you feel very special. Excellent location in Kuta. The breakfast was amazing, and the dining restaurant food was really good. Overall we would recommend this Boutique Hotel 100%. We are booking the same hotel for our next visit to Bali. "If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had.
The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room...
"This wonderful experience started with the check in by a person dedicated to make our stay the best ever. Fluent in English, all questions were quickly and positively answered. The building included a great night club, high class fashion shopping, a kids center, pools - swimming and the snooker kind, and a good fitness center. The roof top villas also had their own private swimming pools - wow!
The great food made the experience unfforgetable and free airport transfer wrapped up a super stay....

"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that.
Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time.
Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room.
Overall, a decent experience."
"We had a really great stay here—it was a pleasant surprise! The room was quite spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it’s generously sized, not the usual small type, which made for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!"
"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
